The Newton Gables Condominium roadway and site improvements project focused on upgrading aging infrastructure across a 3-acre residential community—enhancing safety, functionality, and long-term performance while maintaining a high-quality living environment for residents.


Delivering Infrastructure Upgrades Without Disruption

Samiotes provided civil engineering, land surveying, and environmental permitting services to support the resurfacing of existing roadways and parking areas, along with the installation of new site lighting. The project required careful coordination to ensure construction could proceed efficiently without impacting day-to-day residential activity.

Key contributions included:

  • Designing roadway and parking area resurfacing to improve durability and drainage performance 

  • Developing storm drainage and grading solutions to support long-term site functionality 

  • Coordinating vehicular layout and material selections within an existing residential framework 

  • Managing erosion and sediment control measures during construction 

  • Supporting permitting and coordination across multiple disciplines, including sub-consultants to our work under our direction such as geotechnical and electrical design 

 

With the site remaining fully occupied throughout construction, Samiotes helped deliver a cost-effective solution that balanced budget constraints with the need for quality, safety, and minimal disruption to residents.
