Jim Rice Field at Ramsey Park
Roxbury, MA
A community-driven recreation project with big-league heart, Jim Rice Field at Ramsey Park brings a Fenway Park–inspired ballfield to Roxbury. Delivered through Major League Baseball’s RBI Program (Reviving Baseball in the Inner City), the project transformed an underutilized urban space into a vibrant, youth-focused athletic venue—completed on a remarkably fast-track schedule to coincide with the 1999 MLB All-Star Game.
