Samiotes worked with Kaestle Boos Associates to complete this new facility encompassing the Police Headquarters and Department of Public Works in a single, combined building for the Town of Hudson. The new 26,000-square-foot building was designed for the site adjacent to the Hudson Fire Headquarters and next to the Town’s transfer center, creating a 16-acre municipal campus.

Samiotes provided civil engineering, environmental permitting, and land surveying services for this transformative project. Our permitting responsibilities included a significant amount of soil testing canvassing the campus to illustrate how the project met stormwater management requirements for the Town of Hudson Conservation Commission and Planning Board approvals. Additionally, Samiotes worked with the General Contractor to provide construction layout services and support for the NPDES SWPPP Construction General Permit.
