About:
Daniel Fleming is a registered professional Land Surveyor and has over 15 years of experience in both field and office survey operations. His experience includes the coordination of field survey work with Clients and Contractors; management and advisement of field crew for multiple types of surveys including Construction Layout, and Topographic Surveys; verification and analyzation of field data; production of survey project estimates; conducting research associated with a given project; the use of GPS (Global Positioning System) to supplement various Boundary, Mapping and Control Surveys; ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Existing Conditions Surveys, Certified Plot Plans, ANRs, Easements, Right-Of-Way Surveys and FEMA Elevation Certificates. Additionally, as the Director of the Survey Department, Mr. Fleming is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Department and Client relationship / development.

Dan's journey in land surveying is deeply rooted in family tradition. He follows in the footsteps of his grandfather and uncle, David and Steven Fleming, who were esteemed professionals in the field of land surveying. During his high school and college years, Dan spent his weekends learning traditional surveying techniques and immersing himself in the craft while working part-time at his grandfather's Land Surveying company. Beyond his passion for Land Surveying, Dan finds joy in being an avid Boston sports fan, with a particular fondness for the Boston Bruins.
