Navigating Complex Sites in High-Visibility Locations
At Cleveland Circle in Brighton, Samiotes transformed a former gas station into a modern retail pharmacy within a dense, transit-adjacent urban environment. The project required close coordination with multiple city and state agencies and careful design to accommodate infrastructure constraints and regulatory requirements.
