Working across diverse municipalities and regulatory environments, Samiotes provided civil engineering, land surveying, and environmental permitting services to support fast-paced, repeatable project delivery. The work required a disciplined, adaptable approach to meet varying site conditions, approval processes, and Federal and local accessibility standards across each location.

Key contributions included:

• Developing site layouts, parking reconfigurations, and circulation improvements tailored to each property and its constraints 

• Supporting ADA compliance upgrades across multiple existing facilities 

• Coordinating municipal and state permitting across five states and numerous jurisdictions 

• Providing a full range of survey services, including topographic, utility, and boundary surveys 

• Designing infrastructure / utility improvements, stormwater management systems, and erosion control measures 

• Providing construction administration to ensure consistent execution across sites
