The former Boston Young Men’s Christian Union building—a designated Boston Landmark and National Register property—has been sensitively transformed into a vibrant, mixed-use development that expands affordable housing and strengthens community services in the heart of Downtown Boston. The project creates 46 affordable units along with administrative space for St. Francis House, preserving the building’s historic fabric while meeting modern urban needs.
